Big, Long Sigh

No this is NOT a sigh of relief, this is one of those “When will it all end” sighs.

I had not realized it had been so long since I had done an entry over here…Almost a month, I’m certainly falling down on the job. It’s just really hard when I don’t have free access anytime I want to the internet. I wish my laptop were working properly!!!

Both cars are broke down at the moment….oh joy! Mine is here at home, hopefully being picked up and taken into Waverly today to find out what is wrong with it. Dad’s broke in Burlington, so I have to try and figure out how to get it home, except it will probably go to the shop in Waverly to be fixed as well. We sort of know what’s wrong with that one. There is some sort of line that is busted. While it is at the shop I’m going to see how much they will charge to put the new piece in the steering column so that we can use the key to turn it on, instead of a screw driver in the ignition switch.

It’s just after 9am here, and I’ve been waiting for 24 hours for them to come get my car. I’m upset because the girls are missing school. They are upset because they are missing school. I have bills to deliver, and laundry that desperately needs done. I NEED a car of some sort!!!!!!
